I (finally) went to the M P H warehouse sales on Sat morning. Although i was considered an early bird, it was lucky for me to find a parking at roadside. I was in there from 10++am & when i was done with it, out from the big crowd around 12.30pm .... i was sweating ! There were so many books...i just didn't know what book to choose from. However, the crowd there were really true buyers ... many of them carrying a box each & have a number of books inside !!!! Who said msian don't read !?!?! After more than an hour of browsing, i began to feel ashame becoz i seem to be the only one not carrying a single book yet....i told myself i should not walk out from this warehouse empty handed !
I consider myself a reader..ahem...used to be...although currently not reading as much as previously. I like fictions, especially suspend & criminal-like novel. My 'problem' when comes to spending on books are: (i) price - i just cannot bring myself to buy too expensive book unless i really really want to read it ! (ii) storage - i cannot simply buy any number of books as my house doesn't have a proper book shelf to house books ! Ya, i envy those who can collect all books they like & read them later; they must have a big book shelf !
On the last 1 hour, i managed to get a number of books....to be precise actually all are children books :) I have spent $109 at the end of my browsing :)

Not bad! Not bad ! Manage to spend $109. Me very kiamsiap when come to buying books bcos it's so expensive and also becos of storage problem. I'm very scared of crowd wan so usually ended up buying books that has no discount. Sigh....
When comes to warehouse sales for books, i noticed children books are always cheap ! It's good to go to these sales to collect good books for your children, will really save $$$$ :) U see parents collect a whole big box of books, as if free !!!!
Yeah, understand the crowd nuisane... go early loh :)
