
Looking at that 99% of the existing colleagues looking for other job opportunity, I naturally join the force as well. For me, I think I've spent enough time in this company and it's time for me to move on. However, naturally, not denying that with my current age (?) I do have fears that I will be difficult to find my 'dream' job .... compare to the younger ones. All that have left are able to, somehow, found a better paid job & still happily staying in that same company. The moral of the left-over staffs are low. As a leader to my team members, I dont know what good advices can I give them: ask them to stay or (not stopping) to go ???? Sign ....
Pray that God will open door for me & help me to wait patiently .......
