I'm not sure which word is more appropriate to describe my 'anger'...really really angry me!
What's that all about ? It's a stupid incident happened in office. 'Stupid'....because i dont own the company and knew it was useless to get angry & yet i just cant help it!!!! The worst was that i was furious for a few days !!!! Dunno how many precious cells i've killed ! Dont u think i'm stupid & a big fool !!!
I've been hot temper since i dunno-when. As i get older, my temper doesnt seems to 'tame down' !?!?!? I admit i'm not a forgiving person...sorry Lord. It is sooooooo hard to forgive & forget. Deep down i knew i MUST change this sinful attitude.....but it's soooooooo difficult!

Somebody stepped on your toes eh?
Unforgiveness kept too long will breed into 'sickness'. Forgive not for the other person but for your own sake. This is the real world where we will get hurt/angered every now and then. Keep your eyes on our Lord Jesus!!!!
